Our Deep Cleaning Service is designed for currently occupied houses, condos, and offices that need a thorough reset. We provide a complete, top-to-bottom clean, including a full sweep, extensive wipe-down, sanitizing, and disinfecting of your kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and all living and common areas.

A standard session includes two cleaners for five hours, with the team size adjusted based on your property's dimensions. Keep in mind that this service does not cover the inside of cabinets or closed storage areas.

Service Exclusions/Alternative Bookings (Keep these separate for clarity)

• For unoccupied properties with minimal furniture, please book our Move In & Move Out Cleaning Service

• Note: To ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, all new subscriptions require an initial Deep Cleaning Service booking.

Inclusions: What We Cover

Our service is tailored to your business needs, but a standard commercial cleaning session includes the following:

Work Areas & Offices

Dusting all surfaces (desks, shelves, electronics), emptying trash and replacing liners, spot-cleaning walls and light switches, cleaning door handles, and vacuuming/sweeping all flooring.

Flooring

Vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors (tile, vinyl, wood), and cleaning baseboards.

Kitchen/Break Rooms

Wiping down countertops and tables, cleaning the exterior of all appliances (microwave, refrigerator), cleaning sink and faucets, and sweeping/mopping the floor.

Restrooms

Full sanitizing and disinfecting of all fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks), wiping down mirrors, replenishing soap and paper products, and cleaning/mopping floors.

Common/Reception Areas

Dusting furniture, wiping down tables, cleaning glass partitions (within reach), and straightening reading materials.

We provide and supply affordable, reliable maids to bring you the ease and comfort of a clean home.

Our process is secured by a placement fee and a clear contractual agreement, which formally outlines the terms for both the Maid and the Employer. Our ultimate goal is to foster relationships founded on care and mutual respect, allowing harmony and understanding to thrive in your household.
